As a Bank Better Champion, you will be the face of our bank, welcoming clients and coordinating the branch flow through efficient queue functioning. You will provide excellent client service by assisting clients at the ATM and completing transactions on any remote or self-service channels.

What Do You Need to Qualify?

  • No experience is required, but you must hold a Grade 12 National Certificate
  • At least 1 year’s client service experience within a retail/financial/banking environment is ideal
  • Basic calculations and knowledge of Capitec Bank products and business processes are a must
  • Strong communication, computer, and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are a must

What Are the Conditions of Employment?

  • You must have a clear criminal and credit record
  • Your fingerprints must be detectable/recognizable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
