What the Job Is About

We are looking for young people who are ready to learn, work hard, and take on new tasks. In this role you will help load and unload deliveries, follow the instructions of your team leader, and keep the company’s reputation strong.

You will:

  • Be willing to try new things and gain experience for future jobs.
  • Adapt quickly to a fast‑moving workplace.
  • Carry out loading and off‑loading duties exactly as the delivery plan says.
  • Follow directions given by the Team Leader and Managers.
  • Complete delivery tasks accurately and on time.
  • Protect the company’s image by acting responsibly.

Main Tasks You’ll Do

  • Understand what each client needs and follow those requirements.
  • Learn how to use equipment safely and report any problems right away.
  • Record any issues with customers’ goods and tell the right people.
  • Work in the areas assigned by management based on business needs.
  • Follow safety rules and standard operating procedures while you work.

What You Need to Have

  • A Matric certificate with pass marks in English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
  • South African citizenship.
  • Age between 18 and 29 and currently not employed.
  • Preference for candidates who are BBB‑EE classified.
  • A driver’s license (code 08) – helpful but not mandatory.
  • A forklift or reach‑truck licence – also helpful.
  • A current CV, a certified copy of your ID, and a certified copy of your Matric certificate.
