About the Role:

As a Bank Better Champion, you will be the face of our bank, responsible for welcoming clients and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Your duties will include coordinating branch flow, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting clients with transactions on our remote and self-service channels. This is an exciting opportunity to gain knowledge, skills, and experience in the banking industry, with a focus on service consulting.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • Grade 12 National Certificate or equivalent
  • Ideal Qualifications:
    • Some client service experience within a retail, financial, or banking environment
  • Knowledge:
    • Basic calculations
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Clarity and understanding of your own aspirations and ambitions
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
    • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Conditions of Employment:
    • Clear criminal and credit record
    • Must have fingerprints that are detectable/recognizable on our internal electronic banking system
