About the Role:
As a Bank Better Champion, you will be the face of our bank, welcoming clients and providing exceptional service to ensure their banking experience is nothing short of amazing. You will be responsible for coordinating the branch flow, ensuring efficient queue functioning, and assisting clients with transactions on remote or self-service channels. Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and provide exceptional service to ensure their banking experience is nothing short of amazing
- Coordinate the branch flow, ensuring efficient queue functioning
- Assist clients with transactions on remote or self-service channels
- Provide guidance and support to clients on banking products and services
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve branch targets and objectives
- Continuously improve knowledge and skills to provide exceptional service to clients
Requirements:
- No experience required, but a Grade 12 National Certificate is a must
- Some client service experience within a retail/financial/banking environment is ideal
- Basic calculations and communication skills are a must
- Knowledge of bank branch environments and Capitec Bank products and business processes is ideal
- Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) is a must
- Interpersonal and relationship management skills are essential
