You will be responsible for completing transactions on our self-service channels, including ATMs and online banking, while also learning about our products and services to provide expert advice to our clients.

What We’re Looking For

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  1. Basic Requirements
    • A Grade 12 National Certificate or similar qualification
    • No prior experience is necessary, but a passion for learning and a desire to grow in your role is essential
  2. Ideally
    • Some experience in a customer-service-oriented role, preferably in the retail, financial, or banking sector
    • Familiarity with Capitec Bank products and services is a plus

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
