Position Overview:
You will play a crucial role in the retail team at Studio-88 Group of Companies as a sales assistant, supporting the provision of top-notch customer service, boosting sales, and upholding shop standards. You will handle transaction processing, help consumers find what they’re looking for, and make sure they have a great shopping experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Matric or equivalent.
Experience required:
- Experience working in a sales environment for one to two years.
- It will help if you have prior retail experience, particularly in clothes stores.
- demonstrated capacity to reach or surpass sales goals.
- experience helping the sales team by doing tasks like replenishing clothing, folding and sorting clothes, and keeping the store tidy and organized.
- proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems, managing cash, and processing transactions.
- Inventory Control: Knowledge of the protocols for setting up stockrooms and performing random inspections.
