What the Learnership Is About
TotalEnergies is looking for young South Africans who want to start a career in the supply‑chain world. The program lasts twelve months and gives you a chance to work in a real‑life operations team. You’ll see how a big energy company moves products, manages stock, and keeps everything running safely every day.
What You Will Do
- Join the Operations crew at a plant in Nelspruit or Ladysmith.
- Help with daily tasks such as checking inventory, moving goods, and keeping records up to date.
- Follow safety rules and learn how the company avoids accidents.
- Work side‑by‑side with experienced staff who will show you the ropes.
