Your Daily Responsibilities

  4. Assisting Management: Help senior managers with their tasks.
  5. Financial Updates: Send weekly financial reports.
  6. Inventory Management: Update and fix inventory records.
  7. Supplier Communication: Alert suppliers about any order issues.
  8. Paperwork: File documents for received goods daily.
  9. System Monitoring: Keep up with computer updates, use templates, and follow guidelines.
  10. Claims and Credits: Process returns, claims, and credits efficiently.
  11. Team Collaboration: Work with the receiving team to solve problems.
  12. Invoicing: Send invoices to stores when needed.
  13. Customer Service: Answer calls, direct them properly, and assist with customer queries.
  14. Professionalism: Stay punctual, confident, and maintain a neat appearance.

What We’re Looking For

To qualify for this role, you’ll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Education: Matric certificate.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
  • Location: Live within 25 km of the job site.
  • Criminal Record: Clear criminal record.
