Your Main Responsibilities
Music Usage Management
As a Media Library Intern, you’ll:
- Check and File Cue Sheets: Make sure all cue sheets are properly checked and filed according to departmental standards. Cue sheets list the music used in TV shows, movies, and commercials, which is crucial for licensing and royalty payments.
- Verify Cue Sheets: Ensure cue sheets match reports and submissions, maintaining the accuracy of music usage documentation.

- Cross-Check Information: Use the Broadcast Content Management (BCM) system to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

Digital Asset Management Administration (DAM)
Your tasks will include:
- Verify Media and Deliverables: Check all media and deliverables against the BMS and metadata documents before archiving.
- Archive Documentation: Archive supporting documentation and deliverables according to delivery standards.
- Metadata Verification: Ensure all metadata is accurate and properly documented by verifying with relevant departments.
