Position Overview: General Worker – Bread Packer
To achieve punctual and complete daily objectives within the Production Department while adhering strictly to the bulk schedule. Ensuring the product’s integrity remains unblemished at all times.
Core Responsibilities
- Sustain superior product quality within the Production Department.
- Uphold exemplary housekeeping standards consistently.
- Comply rigorously with all corporate regulations and procedures.
- Maximize operational efficiencies.
- Execute planned maintenance on designated assets.
- Oversee administrative tasks and record management.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintain hygiene, and ensure meticulous housekeeping.
- Prioritize food safety protocols.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Qualification Criteria
- Minimum education: Grade 12 or its equivalent.
Experience Criteria
- Previous experience in a related production environment is advantageous.
Additional Requirements
- Must be available to work on a rotational shift basis, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays as per the shift schedule, which includes night shifts.
- Capable of working in high-temperature manufacturing conditions.
