As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing branching concepts that drive customer revenue growth and business performance.

A Day in the Life:

As a Layout Design Specialist, you will be part of our team of Designers who strive to create an exceptional customer experience through compelling branch layouts, creative visual merchandising, and innovative solutions. You’ll work closely with our Business Banking teams to translate our brand values into formats that drive customer engagement and sales growth. Your expertise will help shape the future of our branches, making them more efficient, modern, and customer-centric.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our Design, Construction, and Property Development teams to conceptualize and develop innovative branch design concepts that align with our business objectives.
• Develop detailed designs, spatial layouts, and high-impact visual displays that captivate customers and support our business goals.
• Manage and control design project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors to bring designs to life.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to maintain our competitive edge.

Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience in architectural design and construction or a related field.
• A National Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant tertiary education and training in a field such as Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field would be an added advantage.
• ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
