Job Purpose:
As a Coordinator Properties West, you’ll be responsible for bringing together multiple functional, departmental, or project elements to ensure the effective running of routines and delivery of initiatives, projects, and activities.
Job Experience:
- Minimum/Ideal:
- 2-3 years of experience in providing efficient and effective support, coordination, and administration in a fast-paced environment.
- Planning, organizing, and multitasking to deliver results.
- Stakeholder liaison and management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum:
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- Ideal/Preferred:
- A relevant tertiary qualification
Knowledge:
- Minimum/Ideal:
- Coordination and administration practices and tools, such as systems, planning, organizing, scheduling, and stakeholder management in a business and financial environment.
- Compiling and generating reports and metrics.
- General principles of marketing.
- Internal and external communication methods and practices.
- Stakeholder and relationship building and management.
Skills:
- Communications Skills
