As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported.
What does the role entail?
- Manage and lead a team of Client Care agents to achieve exceptional client experiences, departmental, and operational objectives
- Implement, follow, and adhere to Capitec Bank policies, regulatory requirements, and operational processes
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes excellent communication and teamwork
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and third-party providers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, banking regulations, and technological advancements to ensure the team is equipped to provide the best possible service
What do we need from you?
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a banking, retail, finance, or client service environment
- Leadership skills: Experience in leading a team or people management would be highly advantageous
- Education: A Grade 12 National Certificate or equivalent is a must, while a tertiary qualification in Commerce or Management would be ideal
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Capitec Bank policies, procedures, and systems, as well as a solid understanding of legislation relevant to the banking industry
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, computer literacy (MS Office Suite), attention to detail, planning, and problem-solving skills
