Job Description

As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in providing a proactive business banking sales and service management function that retains and grows a portfolio of business clients. Your primary objective will be to identify and implement value-added and specialized business banking financial products and solutions from a range of standard and customized offerings.

Responsibilities

• Provide business banking sales and service management to retain and grow business clients
• Implement business banking financial products and solutions to meet the needs of business clients
• Manage a complex portfolio of business clients with a focus on service and financial analysis
• Develop and implement strategies to increase business growth and retention

Requirements

• Minimum:
  • 5 years of banking experience, with at least 3 years in Business Banking
  • Experience in managing a complex portfolio of business clients
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to extract and analyze CRM insights to inform client management strategy
• Ideal/Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Finance
  • In-depth knowledge of business economics and the current economic environment
  • Strong understanding of industry sectors, sector risk profiles, and trends
  • Experience in preparing and motivating credit applications
  • Financial modeling skills, including activity-based costing and financial analysis

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a large portfolio of business clients
• Identifying and implementing value-added business banking financial products and solutions
• Providing exceptional customer service and sales support
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase business growth and retention
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives
• Analyzing and reporting on business performance and advising on opportunities for improvement
