What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Analyst, Talent Sourcing and Research – West, you will be responsible for utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent. You will build and maintain robust talent pools for critical and hard-to-fill roles, conducting market research and talent mapping to understand the competitive landscape and emerging talent trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use Boolean search, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other advanced sourcing techniques to find and connect with top talent.
• Develop and implement strategies to source diverse candidates, aligning with Capitec’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) goals.
• Gather and manage data from various sources, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM, and market research tools, to inform sourcing strategies.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, measure sourcing effectiveness, and optimize the hiring process.
• Use predictive analytics to forecast hiring needs and assess potential talent shortages or surpluses.
• Create and present regular reports and dashboards on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, sourcing efficiency, and candidate quality.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Talent Sourcing Partners, hiring managers, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment of sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Utilize HR technology, including ATS and analytics platforms, to enhance sourcing and data management processes.
• Support employer value proposition initiatives by using data insights to target specific talent markets effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Industrial Psychology.
• Proven experience in talent sourcing and research, preferably in a financial services industry.
• Advanced knowledge of Boolean search, social media, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in HR technology, including ATS and analytics platforms.
