We are looking for a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that meet business requirements. The role involves producing technical specifications, designing test plans, and guiding the evaluation of architectural and design patterns. Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications:
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology
  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
• Ideal Qualifications:
  • A relevant postgraduate degree
• Experience:
  • Junior Architect: At least 3 – 5 years’ relevant experience within systems development
  • Architect: At least 2 – 7 years’ experience
  • Senior Architect: At least 7 years’ experience in systems architecture / design
• Knowledge:
  • System architecture (technical design and implementation processes)
  • Systems analysis and design
  • UML or equivalent modelling language
  • Technical Test Plan Design
  • IT systems development processes
  • Application development
  • Standards and governance
• Technical Knowledge:
  • Proficiency in architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF)
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)
  • Experience with microservices, APIs, and integration patterns
  • Proficiency in software development methodologies and tools
  • Familiarity with security and compliance standards
  • In-depth knowledge of domain driven design and applying it to solving real world business problems
