Job Description:

As a Manager Networks West, you’ll be responsible for interpreting the infrastructure business plan and managing the day-to-day operations of the team to deliver objectives and goals. You’ll be the go-to person for technical and operational processes, practices, and standards, ensuring that products and services are delivered and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret the infrastructure business plan and manage the team to deliver objectives and goals
• Embed technical and operational processes, practices, and standards
• Deliver and maintain products and services
• Manage vendors and clients
• Document IT systems and infrastructure
• Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies, including TCP/IP protocol stack, WAN technologies, routing protocols, and more

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience leading and managing people/teams with 10+ years of ICT work experience
• In-depth experience of design and implementation
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Information Technology – Computer Science (ideal or preferred)
• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational (minimum qualification)
• Clear criminal and credit record

• Documenting of IT systems and infrastructure
• Networking Technologies: TCP/IP protocol stack, WAN technologies, routing protocols, and more
