Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic team at Capitec Bank. As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in providing financial expertise and support to our business units, driving strategic decision-making and ensuring the achievement of our business objectives.

Requirements:

• A recognized professional qualification in Accounting, such as CA(SA) or CIMA, is highly advantageous, but we will consider candidates with a completed degree in Finance and relevant experience.
• 3 years of experience in a financial management environment, with a proven track record in accounting, financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as financial modeling.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills at a senior level, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
• Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the banking industry and its trends.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to develop complex financial models and reports.

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial expertise and support to business units, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies.
• Provide guidance and support to business units on financial matters, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, managers, and team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, with a focus on the banking industry.
