Job Description

As a Device Disputes Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing effective service to branches by efficiently investigating ATM-related disputes
  • Resolving customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Working collaboratively with the branch team to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a contact centre environment
  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational or equivalent qualification
  • Basic IT knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a 45-hour week, including weekends and public holidays, on a shift basis, including night shift

Ideal Qualifications

While not essential, we prefer candidates with:

  • Experience in a banking environment
  • Knowledge of Capitec Bank systems, including Proview, Postilion, Terminals Monitor, SBL (Bancs), and ST Track

Conditions of Employment

As a Capitec Bank employee, you will be required to:

  • Work a 45-hour week, including weekends and public holidays, on a shift basis, including night shift
  • Have a clear criminal and credit record
