About the Role

Fidelity Services Group is looking for a Project Team New Business Specialist (Level 2 Agent) to join the CCC Ulwazi team at its Midrand office. This permanent position works in the customer‑service and security‑solutions division, helping the company win new customers and keep existing ones happy.

The job mixes sales, customer care, and project support. You’ll use referral campaigns, lead‑management tools, and CRM systems to grow the customer base for security products like FindU, Secure Home, RiskWatch, and Secure Connect.

What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Call at least 40 customers each day to support sales and service goals.
  • Book a minimum of three sales appointments or tech‑service calls daily.
  • Follow up quickly on referral leads and keep the LSN system up‑to‑date.
  • Record lead status, appointment outcomes, and “no‑contact” details accurately.
  • Meet service‑level targets and keep customer‑satisfaction scores high.
  • Answer queries from the FindU email queue and other support requests.
  • Make courtesy calls to thank clients and help with project‑selling activities.
  • Handle leads that come from the website, social media, and business partners.
  • Reach daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Welcome new customers with a friendly introductory call.
  • Assist with CRM training, system roll‑outs, and other project tasks inside the CCC.
  • Support bad‑debt calling campaigns and schedule appointments as needed.
  • Carry out any extra operational duties the business requires.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Computer skills: Comfortable with MS Office, email, internet browsing, and basic data entry.
  • Customer‑service know‑how: Understanding of how to keep customers happy and meet quality standards.
  • PSIRA registration (a plus, not a must).
  • Ability to work under pressure and hit targets in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Strong communication: Clear speaking and writing skills for phone calls and emails.
  • Time‑management: Keep tasks organized and finish work on schedule.
  • Attention to detail: Accurate reporting and careful record‑keeping.
  • Multitasking: Switch smoothly between phone calls, CRM updates, and email handling.
  • Problem‑solving: Spot issues quickly and find good solutions.
  • Service mindset: Always put the customer first.
  • Self‑motivation: Take initiative without being told.
  • Adaptability: Learn new systems, products, and processes fast.
