Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years operational experience in evaluating or assessing life insurance claims
- Experience in stakeholder management and client service skills , excellent customer centred communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of the long-term insurance industry, especially processing and evaluation related matters.
- Knowledge of Funeral and Life insurance products
- Knowledge of funeral and Long-term Insurance governing Law
