Job Purpose Statement:
As an Administrator in our Business Bank Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the operationalisation of functions and related processes, providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth execution of tasks, processes, activities, and resources.
Requirements:
For the Administrator – Business Bank role, we are looking for applicants with the following experience:
- At least one year of administration or processing experience, preferably in banking or a client service environment.
- Familiarity with FICA requirements and the ability to apply them appropriately.
- Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to liaise with internal stakeholders and deal with 3rd party service providers.
- Close attention to detail, with accuracy in checking and processing detailed information.
- Ability to execute components, processes, and resources necessary for effective and efficient administration.
Preferred Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with a National Certificate / Vocational, which aligns with the job requirements.
Comprehension and Knowledge:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Familiarity with working in an environment with repetitive tasks.

Job Description
Be Responsible for managing the business relationship with clients, by supporting product knowledge and cross selling Capitec specific investment products and services, on a proactive basis.
To foster long term client relationships with existing and established contact base and new leads referred by the sales team in sales process.
Build, expand and maintain local profile through relationship building with customers, stakeholders and business network group.
Conduct personal and business profitability forecasting and sales strategy implementation
To be responsible for implementation on agreed sales strategies on short and long timeframe .
Supporting client, business and sales development plan.
Responsibilities:
- Generating Cross Sales Revenue and implementing 360 degree sales approach (Needs assessment, Client Advisory & Providing multiple solutions).
- Working out new business development ideas which can help overall and individual performance growth of Client and Business.
- Take ownership of delivery commitment to customer by effectively selling the product and ensuring business target achievement.
- Main point of contact between Customer and Business for customer information maintenance and customer advisory and recommendations.
- Strategic planning and effective team liaison with sales and service channel to drive towards combined business objective.
- Aimprove customer retention, building long term future wealth and growing client network within the business.
- Maintain Strong operational knowledge and awareness on industry trends and competitor activities within specified region.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 -5 years of sales and financial services experience would be an advantage.
- Pleasant and Professional phone demeanor and good Time management skills.
- Composed, confident and calm manner when dealing directly and indirectly with customers, service providers and internal stakeholders in telephone or face to face scenario.
- Able to work under high performance environment with strict targets set by management regarding relationship building, customer sales conversions and customer retention. Customer Relationship Management.
Working Conditions:
- Be an outdoor based sales representative where meetings with clients which happens at different times.
- Be willing to stay in a desk type environment at the regional business center for a few days whenever needed.
