About the Job
As a Bank Better Champion, you’ll be the face of our bank, welcoming clients and coordinating the branch flow through efficient queue functioning. You’ll provide excellent client service, assist clients at the ATM, and complete transactions on remote or self-service channels. This is an exciting opportunity to gain the knowledge, skills, and experience required for service consulting.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for individuals who are:
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Passionate about service and customer satisfaction
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn and take on new challenges
Requirements
- No experience required, but you must hold a Grade 12 National Certificate
- Some client service experience in a retail, financial, or banking environment is ideal
Qualifications
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Knowledge and Skills
- Basic calculations
- How to engage with people
- Clarity and understanding of own aspirations, being ambitious and keen to learn
- Knowledge of bank branch environments (ideal)
- Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and business processes (internal) (ideal)
- Excellent communications, computer literacy, and interpersonal skills
Conditions of Employment

- Must have fingerprints which are detectable/recognizable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
