About the Job:
As a Bank Better Champion, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring that they have an exceptional experience when visiting our branch. You will be responsible for welcoming clients, coordinating the branch flow, and providing excellent client service. You will also assist clients with transactions on our remote and self-service channels.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and coordinate the branch flow to ensure efficient queue functioning
- Provide excellent client service and assist clients with transactions on our remote and self-service channels
- Gain knowledge, skills, and experience required for service consulting
- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve branch goals and objectives
Requirements:
- No experience required, but you must hold a Grade 12 National Certificate
- Some client service experience in a retail, financial, or banking environment is ideal
- Basic calculations, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential
- Knowledge of bank branch environments and Capitec Bank products and business processes is a plus
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Conditions of Employment:
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Must have fingerprints that are detectable/recognizable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
