Key Responsibilities
- Arrange all funerals and cremations.
- Obtain and complete all legal documentation for funerals and cremations.
- Maintain accurate funeral records.
- Offer counselling and emotional support to bereaved families.
- Handle payments and invoicing with professionalism.
- Market and sell AVBOB’s funeral, tombstone, and insurance products.
- Provide exceptional client service and assist with customer complaints.
Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 certificate.
- Driver’s license, own reliable transport, and cellphone.
- Clear credit and criminal record.
- Compliance with FAIS legislation to be deemed Fit and Proper.
