Key Responsibilities
1. Systems, Processes, and General Administration
- Prepare samples for meetings on time.
- Maintain an efficient and organized filing system.
- Ensure admin processes are consistent within the department.
- Propose improvements for better efficiency.
2. Sample Control
- Ensure samples are delivered to relevant stakeholders (Supplier, Buyer, Quality Assurance) on time.
- Maintain fit rails and ensure samples are accessible.
- Coordinate the movement of samples between departments.
- Organize and manage the archive area to ensure easy access to samples.

Qualifications and Experience
- Matric (essential).
