ZZ2, a leading agricultural company, is seeking a skilled Human Resource Practitioner to join their team. This role is ideal for a professional passionate about creating a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and delivering exceptional HR support services.
Key Responsibilities
As a Human Resource Practitioner, you will:
- Champion the ZZ2 Values: Foster a culture that reflects the company’s core values and ethical standards.
- Ensure Compliance: Address deviations and ensure adherence to labour legislation and related policies.
- Collaborate on HR Projects: Work closely with other functional divisions to execute HR-related projects.
- Oversee Employment Processes: Manage employment, disciplinary procedures, personnel planning, and productivity standards.
- Support Management: Assist with budgets, system implementation, and general HR advisory to Functional Management.
What We’re Looking For
Education and Experience:
- A relevant postgraduate qualification in Human Resources.
- At least 2 years of HR experience with practical exposure to the full HR spectrum.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of labour legislation and its application.
- Experience in using HR systems and meeting accreditation requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication skills in Afrikaans and English (written and verbal). Knowledge of a local African language is an advantage.
- Ability to work systematically and professionally in all tasks.
