Truworths, one of South Africa’s top fashion retailers, is looking for a reliable person to join its Credit Service team in Cape Town, Western Cape. The job is a permanent, full‑time role that deals with online shoppers who need help with fashion deliveries and other e‑commerce questions. Working in a busy call centre, you will help keep the customer experience fast, friendly and accurate.

What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Answer incoming calls about online orders, delivery status and fashion‑related queries.
  • Track orders and give customers real‑time updates on where their parcels are.
  • Assist with account issues, such as password resets, profile updates and saved preferences.
  • Talk to courier companies and the store teams to sort out any delivery problems.
  • Record every conversation in Truworths’ internal system so the information is always correct.
  • Solve simple problems following the company’s step‑by‑step procedures.
  • Escalate tougher cases to the right department when the issue needs extra help.
  • Maintain a friendly tone on every call, following Truworths’ service standards and policies.

Who Should Apply
