What You’ll Do
As a Telesales Agent, you’ll be at the heart of our customer connections. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Direct Sales
- Reach out to prospective customers and present our exciting product offerings.
- Deliver compelling sales talks using campaign scripts to secure product purchases.
- Answer customer queries about products, pricing, and processes.
- Maintain compliance with FAIS, FICA, and POPIA standards during all interactions.
- Ensure detailed and accurate updates of customer interactions in our Customer Debtor System (CDS).
2. Updating Customer Information
- Keep customer personal, employment, and contact details updated for accurate follow-ups.
What We’re Looking For
Education:
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of telesales experience in a call center environment.
Skills & Knowledge:
- A strong understanding of sales techniques and the telecommunications industry.
- Outstanding ability to influence and persuade customers effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to exceed sales targets.
- Resilience and adaptability to handle rejection and bounce back with confidence.
