Tekkie Town is Hiring Staff Team for Sales Positions

An exciting and challenging opportunity has become available for a Sales Supervisor within Tekkie Town ,Lephalale Mall, leading a team of staff.This role will report directly to the Store Manager of Tekkie Town. Our ideal candidate should be based in Ellisras or surrounding areas.

As a Sales Supervisor working for Tekkie Town you will be responsible for supervising the floor staff, motivating staff to ensure that their daily targets are met, customer service, ensuring that correct processes are followed and adhered to according the Tekkie Town requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Amplify profitability by assisting the Store Manager in achieving monthly financial targets.
  • Ensure store administration aligns with the Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Maintain stock loss below benchmark levels.
  • Implement and uphold brand standards to meet customer expectations.
  • Execute promotions and visual merchandising principles effectively, maintaining store standards.
  • Stay abreast of new stock trends and manage the unpacking process.
  • Coordinate daily customer service operations, including sales processes, orders, and payments.
  • Supervise and inspire staff to achieve daily targets.
  • Mentor and support both new and existing Sales Associates.
  • Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Ensure all employees comply with company Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Oversee the opening and closing of the store.

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Senior Sales Assistant in retail.
  • Proficiency in English and another relevant South African language.
  • Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
  • Logical thinking and analytical prowess.
  • High energy level and performance-driven mindset.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and time management skills.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional customer care abilities and communication skills.
