TalentPop is a fast‑growing app that helps brands connect with creators on TikTok. We need a creative, organized, and TikTok‑savvy person to join our remote team as an Influencer Marketing Assistant. In this role you will help run influencer campaigns, support social‑media projects, and keep our customers happy. If you have at least one year of experience in influencer marketing or customer support and you love working online, this job could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do Every Day
- Keep an eye on the latest TikTok trends and suggest fresh content ideas that match our brand.
- Help run the TikTok content calendar and work with creators or internal teammates to keep everything on schedule.
- Search for new influencers, compare their stats, and create shortlists for brand collaborations.
- Send outreach messages through DMs or email, and record every conversation in a log.
- Make sure influencers know what to deliver, when it’s due, and what the brand expects.
- Collect data on each campaign, track likes, comments, shares, and other engagement numbers, then share simple reports with the team.
- (Optional) Reply to TikTok comments and direct messages using the brand’s voice.

Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum one year of experience in influencer marketing, outreach, or customer support.
- Strong familiarity with TikTok, its trends, and the creator community.
- Excellent written English and good online etiquette.
- Highly organized, able to juggle schedules, content plans, and influencer pipelines.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, TikTok, and basic CRM or influencer‑management tools.
- A self‑starter who pays attention to details and stays motivated without constant supervision.
