Minimum Requirements

Job Responsibilities
Your duties as a Grant Administrator will include:
- Processing Social Grants – Assist in administering social grants at local offices
- Grant Screening – Screen and review grant applications for eligibility
- Data Capture – Accurately capture applicant data on SASSA’s system
- Customer Service – Provide front-line support and assistance to applicants
- Grant Documentation – Process, track, and review supporting documents
- Quality Control – Conduct checks on applications to ensure accuracy and compliance
- PFMA Compliance – Adhere to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA, Chapter 6, Part 3)

Education: Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4)
Experience: 0-1 year of work experience required
Job Responsibilities:
- File Management – Receive and capture incoming files and correspondence
- Quality Assurance – Conduct quality checks and scanning of important documents
- File Maintenance – Organize, store, and retrieve files as needed
- File Disposal – Dispose of obsolete or expired files according to policy
This role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills who love working with documents and systems.
