Who Can Apply?

What You’ll Do

As a Call Centre Agent at SASSA, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling Incoming and Outgoing Calls: You’ll assist customers by answering questions and providing information.
  • Logging and Managing Customer Issues: Use the Customer Care Application system to register, track, and respond to customer requests.
  • Providing Solutions: Help solve issues by directing requests to the right departments and providing updates.
  • Educating Clients: Explain processes and ensure customers understand how to access services.
  • Data Updates: Maintain up-to-date records in the integrated customer care application system.
