South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) Invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for its 2026 Internship Vacancies. The closing date for applications is 09 June 2026.
SACAA is looking for fresh South African graduates who are currently unemployed and wants to give them a chance to start a career in civil aviation. The internship will be based in Centurion and will run throughout 2026.
What You’ll Do in the Internship
- Create and organise documents – you will write, edit and file paperwork that the department needs.
- Pull together information for reports – collect data and help put together easy‑to‑read reports.
- Prepare meeting packs – gather all the papers that are required for meetings and other department events.
- Share information – make sure the right people get the right files at the right time.
- Keep a tidy filing system – set up and maintain folders (both physical and digital) so anyone can find a document quickly.
- Label and track files – give each document a clear name and note where it is stored.
- Help organise department activities – book rooms, send out invites and keep track of dates.
- Take on extra tasks when asked – you may be asked to help with special projects or one‑off duties.
Who Can Apply
You need to have finished Grade 12 and hold a National Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas:
- Administrative Management
- Business Administration or Management
- Commerce or Supply Chain Management
- Communication Sciences
- Human Resources Management
- Information Technology
- Law (LLB)
- Logistics
- Marketing
- Office Administration/Management
