🛠️ Key Responsibilities
As a Call Centre Agent, you’ll be responsible for:
📞 Answering incoming calls from customers and providing top-notch service.
📋 Taking orders for both delivery and collection, ensuring customer preferences and special instructions are accurately recorded.
🍔 Knowing the menu inside out to assist customers with questions and recommend meals.
🔄 Handling modifications to existing orders, communicating them to the store.
