Responsibilities
Stock Management
- Make sure all the products are unpacked and placed on the sales floor.
- Keep an eye on the stock levels and make sure we always have enough products.
- Keep the stockroom clean and organized.
- Handle any damaged or returned products.
Sales Growth & Profitability
- Analyze sales reports and come up with plans to increase sales.
- Keep track of how well products are selling and give feedback to improve sales.
- Think of new ideas to attract more customers and promote our brand.
Risk Management
- Make sure everyone follows the store’s rules and policies.
Customer Experience Management
- Make sure customers have a great experience while shopping.
Leadership & Development
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve our goals.
- Identify training needs and help team members grow.
- Participate in hiring new employees and managing their performance.
Qualifications
- Completed 12th grade.
- Have 2 to 3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant store management role.
- Understand how to provide great customer service.
- Know how to manage a budget.
- Be comfortable using Microsoft Office.
- Have good communication skills.
- Understand how the retail industry works.
- Know about our brand, customers, and products.
