Who Can Apply
You are eligible if you meet all of the points below:

You are a South African citizen, born in the country.

You are either a Grade 12 learner or a full‑time university student (first‑year students are preferred).

You live in the Eastern Cape, or you are a child of a current Mercedes‑Benz South Africa employee – both groups get extra points.

You want to study one of the following areas:
- Computer Engineering, IT or Software Development
- Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Metrology (the science of measurement)
- Analytical Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (BSc)
- Mechatronics
- Metallurgy
- Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Supply Chain Management or Logistics

You are studying Human Kinetics & Ergonomics (or plan to).
Academic Requirements
- Grade 12 applicants need an overall average ≥ 70 % and at least 65 % in Mathematics and/or Physical Science if the chosen field demands it.
- Current Grade 12 students must attach their most recent third‑term results. If you are already at university, include your final Matric certificate.
- University students must have a current average ≥ 65 % based on the latest semester marks.
All academic records will be used to rank shortlisted candidates.
