Skills You’ll Pick Up

  • Full‑cycle HR basics – from posting a job ad to handling an employee’s exit.
  • Record keeping – how to keep employee files neat and up‑to‑date.
  • Recruitment support – sorting applications, scheduling interviews, and preparing interview packs.
  • Onboarding & off‑boarding – helping new hires settle in and supporting departing staff.
  • Learning & development – setting up training sessions and tracking attendance.

Daily Tasks You’ll Do

HR Administration

  • Help with new‑hire paperwork and the paperwork for people leaving the company.
  • Draft employment letters and other employee communications.
  • Keep the digital and physical employee files tidy.
  • Update employee details in the HR system.
  • Support leave requests, probation checks, and other routine admin work.

Recruitment Support

  • Write and post job ads on different platforms.
  • Scan CVs, shortlist candidates, and set up interview times.
  • Book psychometric tests and coordinate interview rooms or Teams calls.
  • Assemble interview packs and keep recruitment trackers current.
  • Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with reference checks and verify qualifications.

Learning & Employee Experience

  • Arrange training workshops and make sure rooms or virtual links are ready.
  • Create attendance sheets and compile training materials.
  • Support wellness projects, surveys, and internal HR communications.
  • Help put together presentations and simple HR reports.

How Success Is Measured

  • Complete every planned rotation and show improvement in each area.
  • Perform HR admin duties accurately under guidance.
