What is the YES programme?
YES is a joint effort by the South African Presidency and private companies to help young people find work. Eskom, the country’s biggest electricity supplier, is part of this plan. What you’ll be doing
If you are selected, you will sign a 12‑month contract and work at one of Eskom’s operational sites in any province. Your everyday tasks may include:
- Helping teams keep the power grid running smoothly.
- Talking to customers and answering their questions.
- Assisting with paperwork that follows Eskom’s policies.
- Working with supervisors to solve small problems on the spot.
