What the APEX Graduate Programme is about
The APEX Programme is not a regular internship. From the moment you start, you become a permanent employee with real tasks, clear targets and access to big projects. Over 18 months you will learn how a leading African fintech works, pick up skills in technology, finance, operations and leadership, and get to work with senior managers. The goal is to turn bright new graduates into the next generation of leaders in financial services and tech.
What you will actually do
