- Consumables Management: Manage the consumables needed by the department.
- Support Tasks: Assist the Quality Manager and department with various tasks.
- Calendar Management: Organize and manage the department’s calendar and diary.
- Data Analysis: Consolidate, analyze, and report data to drive improvements.
- Problem Solving: Use techniques like 8D, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa for root cause analysis.
- NQC Reduction: Lead efforts to reduce non-quality costs (NQC).
- General Tasks: Handle general office tasks and place orders as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A Matric certificate.
- A diploma in a related field, ideally Quality Management or Administration.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of quality and management standards like VDA, AIAG, IATF16949:2016, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 14001.
- Knowledge of customer requirements and specifications.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The role of the Yes Graduate is to manage the production performance, personnel issues and the Health, Safety&Environment (HSE) standards of several Autonomous Production Groups (GAP). The main mission of the role are to:
• Lead the Quality Cost & Delivery (QCD) Performance for designated groups:
o Direct QCD initiatives: set targets, implement plans, track daily results, make appropriate adjustments in resource planning in order to attain desired results.
o Drive actions for improvement: communicate with the Autonomous Production Unit Manager, Production Supervisors of other shifts, and support functions to ensure a transparent information flow, collaborate to define improvement areas and precise action plans.
o Manage team performance: know team problems, define areas for performance improvements with team members, drive teamwork, lead problem solving groups, lead workshops on quality improvement methods (5S, TPM, 6M…).
• Manage the personnel issues of the assigned team:
o Ensure daily team management: assure appropriate headcount, ensure the respect of standardised work methods, assure presence on the floor to answer questions or address problems.
o Develop the team: ensure proper staffing, integrate new team members, foster individual development plans, advise and arrange for appropriate training, assure punctual job evaluations, etc.
• Ensure that working conditions are fully compliant with Group HSE standards: interfere in production line in case of safety risks and drive improvement of working conditions and ergonomics
Your profile and competencies to succeed
The ideal candidate will have/be:
• 3-year National Diploma or B-Tech in Production Management or Industrial Engineering
• Computer literacy at Intermediate level essential
• Have a sound understanding of Work study principles and Work measurement tools

Main purpose of the role
The IDP Purchasing Graduate is responsible for supporting the plants needs and services for all four plants through Guided Buying & Faurecia Spend Management.
Essential responsibilities and duties
As a Purchasing Graduate, your main responsibilities are as follow:
- Assist in monitoring of ARIBA and ensuring ICB compliance.
- Assist in ensuring KPI’S are met with primary focus on achieving best pricing and cost savings managed through PAP/GPS
- Responsible for managing SLP (MDM) by creating & extending vendors.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities
- Contribute to the identification and implementation of productivity actions (product / process) for cost reduction, in close coordination with Commodity teams
- Monitor productivity performance for supplier perimeter through cross-functional teamwork in the plants under his/her responsibility (i.e. productivity committees). Present to the plants management board the productivity plan
- Challenge Commodity Buyers to achieve the Purchasing Budget for his/her plants
- For most critical topics, support the Supply Chain team to improve supplier deviation in Misdeliveries Per Million (MPM)
- Be involved in the kick off in program phase to prepare the start of Production. Lead transfers meetings with Program
- Buyers at the take-over
