About the Internship
Fidelity Services Group is looking for a motivated intern to help run the everyday tasks at the East Rand branch. What You Will Do
- Keep the data current – Add new employee details, contact numbers and paperwork into our internal systems.

- Assist with hiring – Take part in the recruitment steps, from posting jobs to welcoming new staff.
- Work with the team – Share ideas and help improve the way the department operates.
- Handle paperwork – File documents correctly and keep the digital filing system up‑to‑date.
- Help HR projects – Join in on projects that the Human Resources department runs.
- Answer questions – Listen to employee queries and point them to the right person.
- Plan and organize – Take part in planning meetings, schedule activities and follow up on tasks.
What You Need to Bring
- Good skills with Microsoft Office – especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong organising ability – you can sort tasks by importance and finish them on time.
- Clear communication – you can write and speak in a way that people understand you.
- Ability to work in a team and also handle your own assignments.
- Capacity to multitask – juggling several duties at once is part of the job.
- Basic knowledge of South African labour laws such as BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA and BBB‑EE.
