With Human Resources, you’ll learn about hiring, training and keeping staff motivated. Supply Chain, Logistics and Procurement let you see how equipment and services are bought and moved. Natural Science and Environmental Management let you play a part in keeping the plant safe for the planet.
A good candidate is someone who’s excited to start a career, enjoys learning from seasoned staff, and can talk well with many different people. Being organized, taking responsibility for your work and keeping a friendly, professional tone will help you get the most out of the training.
