What the training programme will give you

Your day‑to‑day duties
- Attend the Eskom Graduate in Training workshops and complete the on‑the‑job modules.
- Help the P&SCM team with everyday buying activities, such as preparing purchase orders and checking supplier information.
- Apply what you learned at university to solve real problems, like finding the best price for materials or improving delivery times.
- Learn the public‑procurement process used by Eskom and the laws that encourage local business participation.
- Work as part of a supportive team, sharing ideas and helping colleagues when needed.
- Keep a professional attitude, act with honesty, and always put the customer – internal or external – first.
- Communicate clearly in meetings and emails, and build good relationships with stakeholders.
