What the programme is about
Ericsson’s Planning & Analytics crew is looking for fresh talent to help shape the way the company uses digital tools, automation and artificial intelligence. You will work side‑by‑side with business leaders and tech experts, building real‑world apps, dashboards and AI‑driven solutions that make everyday work faster and smarter.
Things you will do
- Create and improve digital tools with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio).
- Write Python code to automate tasks, connect systems and process data.
- Help design charts, reports and other visual insights for decision‑makers.
- Test out AI and Generative‑AI ideas for practical business use.
- Streamline business processes by adding automation and digital upgrades.
- Talk with users to understand their needs and turn those ideas into working solutions.
- Contribute to user‑experience design, solution testing and quality checks.
- Keep documentation up‑to‑date and support continuous‑improvement projects.
- Stay aware of new tech trends and suggest fresh ways to innovate.
Who we are looking for
- Recent graduates or people in the first couple of years of their career.
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems or a similar field.
- A genuine interest in automation, digital products, data and AI.
- Basic knowledge of Python, business apps or low‑code platforms is a plus.
- Curiosity about Generative AI and how it can solve real‑world problems.
- Strong analytical thinking and a knack for solving problems.
- A team‑player who takes initiative and loves learning new things.
- Good communication skills for working with both technical and non‑technical people.
