What Will You Do?

Rotational Learning: Work in all seasons and areas of dairy farming, including Animal Husbandry, Mating, Calving, Calf Rearing, and Pasture Management.
Orientation: Meet the team and familiarize yourself with the farm operations.
General Assistance: Support your mentor, maintain dairy tidiness, and uphold hygiene standards.
Computer Skills: Learn to use farm management software, basic data entry, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Remuneration and Benefits:

Stipend: A monthly remuneration of R5,380.
Accommodation: Housing is provided for the duration of the learnership.
