As a Service Consultant, you will be the face of Capitec Bank, providing excellent client service to our customers. You will be responsible for enhancing the lives of our clients by providing tailored solutions to meet their financial needs. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service, exceeding customer expectations
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions
- Sell Capitec Bank products and services to meet client needs
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- 3 to 6 months previous client service experience within a retail/financial/banking environment
- Ideal Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or Similar
- Certification in Finance or Banking
- More than 1 year’s client service experience within a retail/financial/banking environment
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Knowledge:
- Basic calculations
- Retail/consumer service environment
- Capitec Bank products (ideal)
- Internal business processes and procedures (ideal)
- Organisational Policies, including the Branch Credit Granting Policy principles (BCGP) (ideal)
Conditions of Employment
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Must have fingerprints which are detectable/recognisable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
