About the Job:

As a Sekhukhune Service Consultant LP, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing exceptional client service and exceeding their expectations. You will be responsible for using the Global One product offering to support our clients in banking better and living better.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent client service, fulfilling and exceeding client needs
  • Use the Global One product offering to support clients in banking better and living better
  • Engage with clients in a sales and client-facing environment
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and client service standards
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Capitec Bank products and services
  • Understand and comply with internal business processes and procedures, as well as organizational policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-6 months of previous client service experience within a retail/financial/banking environment
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or similar (ideal)
  • Certification in Finance or Banking (ideal)
  • Knowledge and understanding of:
    • Basic calculations
    • Retail/consumer service environment
    • Capitec Bank products
    • Internal business processes and procedures
    • Organizational Policies, including (but not limited to) the Branch Credit Granting Policy principles (BCGP)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)

Conditions of Employment:

  • Clear criminal and credit record
  • Must have fingerprints which are detectable/recognizable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
