Job Purpose Statement

As a Bank Better Champion LP, you will be responsible for welcoming clients and coordinating the branch flow through efficient queue functioning, providing excellent client service, and assisting clients at the ATM and completing transactions on any remote or self-service channels. In doing so, you will gain the knowledge, skills, and experience required for service consulting.

Experience

  • Minimum: No experience required, but you must hold a Grade 12 National Certificate.
  • Ideal: Some client service experience within a retail/financial/banking environment.

Qualifications (Minimum)

  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
