About the Role:
As a Service Consultant West, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing outstanding customer service, fulfilling, and exceeding their needs. You will use the Global One product offering to support our clients in banking better and living better. If you have a passion for sales and client-facing environments, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Use the Global One product offering to support clients in achieving their financial goals
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- 3 to 6 months of previous client service experience within a retail/financial/banking environment
- If no experience, a candidate with a relevant tertiary qualification can be considered
Ideal Qualifications:
- More than 1 year’s client service experience within a retail/financial/banking environment
- Demonstrated track record of engaging in a sales and client-facing environment
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or a similar field
- Certification in Finance or Banking
Knowledge and Skills:
- Basic calculations and retail/consumer service environment knowledge (minimum)
- Capitec Bank Products, internal business processes and procedures, and organisational policies (ideal)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
Conditions of Employment:
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Must have fingerprints that are detectable/recognisable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
